Objectives of the Initiative

• Provide an enabling infrastructure of tools and services for discovery and access of geospatial organizations, data and services;
• Provide a forum for discovery and an avenue to distribute Canadian value-added geospatial data and services;
• Develop a Canadian industrial capability to exploit the growing international market for spatial data infrastructure tools and services.
